Allergology at Creu Blava
At Grup Creu Blava we have a specialist allergology service dedicated to the study, prevention, diagnosis and treatment of all types of allergies. Our specialists carry out specific tests to detect respiratory allergies (rhinitis, asthma, allergic conjunctivitis), food allergies, skin allergies (urticaria, atopic dermatitis, eczema), reactions to insect stings and drug allergies.
Thanks to tests such as skin tests, blood tests and challenge tests, we can accurately identify the source of the allergic reaction and design a personalised treatment plan. Our aim is to improve patients’ quality of life by reducing symptoms and preventing complications through drug treatments, immunotherapy and preventive education.

What diagnostic tests do we carry out?
The aim of Allergology is to identify the causative allergen, control symptoms and, where possible, modify the course of the disease, for example through specific immunotherapy (allergy vaccines).
It is a very important speciality today, as allergic diseases have increased significantly in recent decades, especially among children and young people.
To do so, the Grup Creu Blava team of allergists carries out a series of diagnostic tests, such as:
